Feyza Çelik
Feyza Çelik is PhD candidate at Istanbul University and research assistant in the department of tafsir (Qur’anic Exegesis) at Kilis 7 Aralık University (Faculty of Theology). She is currently visiting research fellow at the University of Tübingen within the QaSLA project. Her doctoral research engages contemporary Western Qur’anic Studies through Late Antique approach, with a focus on methodological debates, intertextuality, and the Qur’an’s literary formation in its broader religious and cultural environment. Her research interests include the reception history of the Qur’an, tafsir studies, and the dynamics between Qur’anic text, commentary, and Late Antique context.
